Event Ready is a practical live workshop for people planning an event, launch night, fundraiser, community gathering, workshop or small business session. The goal is to help organisers move from scattered notes and uncertain next steps to a clear event structure they can actually use. During the workshop, attendees build their event checklist, timeline, guest communication plan, run sheet, roles list and contingency plan.
