The goal is to make volunteering easier to discover and less intimidating. Instead of expecting people to already know a nonprofit or commit to something long term, Nearby Good helps them browse practical options that match their time, interests and location. This campaign is testing the navigation and discovery experience. We want feedback on whether visitors can quickly understand how to find opportunities, whether the filters make sense, and whether the website feels easy enough for someone to use without needing instructions. Please review the homepage, navigation menu, search filters, cause categories and call-to-action. We want to know whether the path from landing on the site to finding a suitable volunteer opportunity feels clear. We are especially interested in whether users would know where to click first, whether “Browse opportunities” feels like the right main action, and whether the categories such as environment, animals, food and hunger, youth, seniors, education and community help people explore naturally. We also want feedback on trust. Since volunteering often involves real organisations, people, locations and time commitments, the website needs to feel safe and credible. Features like verified nonprofits, updated listings, clear role descriptions, location details, time requirements and contact information may all affect whether someone feels comfortable signing up.
